Privacy Policy

When you submit a build consult request or a sponsorship enquiry, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, your vehicle, the sponsorship level you're interested in, and your message.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and there is no account to create or password to store.

Like nearly every website, our servers record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, as part of normal operation and abuse prevention.

To reply to you. A form submission is a request to be contacted, and we use the details you give to do exactly that: to discuss your build, quote work, or talk through a sponsorship.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and are also sent to us by email so we see them promptly. Both are restricted to the people at the shop who need them.

We keep enquiries for as long as they're commercially useful. A build conversation can restart months later, and losing the history helps nobody. If you'd rather we didn't, ask and we'll delete yours.

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on its forms to tell people from bots. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking you across websites, and it does not set advertising cookies.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful: how many visits a page gets, roughly where visitors are, and which links they follow. This sets cookies from Google. If you'd prefer to opt out, browser privacy settings and Google's own opt-out tools both work, and nothing on this site depends on analytics being enabled.

Cloudflare also collects aggregate performance and security measurements for the site. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

This site is served by Cloudflare, which also hosts our database and image storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, analytics from Google, and bot protection from Cloudflare Turnstile. Where a page embeds a video, it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play.

Our merchandise store is a separate site at shopadventuremotors.com, with its own terms and its own privacy practices. Following that link takes you off this site.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@adventuremotorsusa.com or call (816) 824-4892 and we'll take care of it.

You can also simply not use the forms. The phone number is on every page for exactly that reason.

If we change what this site collects, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
