We're at 13906 Norby Rd, Grandview, MO 64030, minutes from Kansas City. We're open Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday by appointment only, and closed Sunday and Monday.
How do I start a build?
Call (816) 824-4892 or submit the contact form. We start with a consultation about how you actually drive and what you want the car to feel like, then produce a build sheet covering parts, estimated shipping, labor hours and cost, all before any work begins.
What is a build sheet?
A written plan for your car: the recommended parts, why each one is there, the estimated shipping and labor, and the cost. You review and approve it before we order anything. It's also the document that tells you what stage comes next, so a staged build doesn't turn into guesswork.
Do I have to do the whole build at once?
No. Most builds are staged. The point of planning the whole path up front is that you can choose where to stop. Each stage is complete and drivable on its own, and the order avoids paying for the same labor twice later.
What kind of work do you do?
Suspension and handling, wheel and tire fitment, performance tunes and calibration, engine performance, race and track prep, and the supporting performance parts across exhaust, braking, drivetrain, aero and cooling. Do you work on my platform?
Ask us. The honest answer depends on the car and the work. We'd rather tell you up front that something isn't a good fit for us than take the job and do it badly.
Should I fix existing problems before adding power?
Yes. Leaks, overheating, misfires and worn components all get worse under load, and worn bushings or tired mounts make new suspension feel harsh rather than sharp. We baseline the car first. Skipping that step is the most common reason a build disappoints.
Will a tune void my warranty?
It can affect powertrain warranty coverage, and it varies by manufacturer and by dealer. We'll be straight with you about the risk on your specific platform before any calibration work starts.
Can you make my car pass tech inspection for a track day?
We prepare cars against the same categories the major HPDE tech forms use: brakes and fluid, tires, leaks, battery, loose items. But every organization sets its own rules and the driver is ultimately responsible for the car's condition on the day, so we can't guarantee a pass at a specific event.
Do you do emissions deletes or defeat devices?
No. Federal law prohibits tampering with emissions controls, and we build with compliance in mind.
How long will my build take?
